Partnership Policy
The Cranwood Partnership Limited is an independent firm of multidisciplined professionals and project managers specialising in the specification procurement and provision of management, technical and consultancy services in the creation, construction, care and maintenance of facilities, incorporating estates and property management.
The team have a record second to none in the planning, design, construction operations and maintenance of engineering and construction projects around the world.
It is the Partnership policy to implement a formal and effective Quality Management System to ensure that its services to clients conform with stated objectives and contractual obligations.
Our Quality Assurance Manual and procedures are project based and were specifically developed for the construction, facilities and maintenance management markets.
They have been in general use since August of 1990 where applicable to assignments.
The Board have sanctioned a complete update and set a target for accreditation to BS EN ISO 9000 in Project Management by 1 October 1996.
This manual defines its Quality Programme which conforms to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9000. (Quality Systems - Specification for the design/development, production, installation and servicing.) Insofar as it applies to services described under para 1.1 "Scope of Services".
The extent of and nature of the services is governed by Client needs and directives and are project related.
The continued achievement of the set quality standards is the concern of all staff and each is responsible for implementing the requirements of this manual within his/her designated range of duty.
The Cranwood Partnership Limited seeks to procure services from those sub-consultants, works contractors and suppliers who are working towards implementing a Quality System that meets the appropriate part of BS EN 9000.
The Director, Project Managers and office administration will ensure that the Partnership policy on Quality Assurance is disseminated to all staff and prospective suppliers of goods and services that may affect the performance of the Practice service delivery.
QA Procedures, S104 and S115, will be used when seeking the procurement of third party services.
The Board have placed the responsibility for the implementation, maintenance and development of the quality system on the Quality Assurance Manager who works closely with them at all times.
Mr B Heys, MIMgt, ABIFM, MInstD (Director) has been appointed as the Quality Assurance Manager and Management Representative and has additional general management responsibilities for the firm.
This Quality Manual is available to the Client representative on request and all Quality Requirements are established at the inception of projects for client review.
The Management representative is available to the client for quality matter throughout the project.
